Joshua Cohen is the director of development at Leket - an Israeli organization combating food insecurity and supporting Israeli farms.
Leket Israel rescues fresh, surplus food from farms, hotels, corporate cafeterias and IDF army bases, to feed hundreds of thousands Israelis in need.
