Hiring: Pastry Chef
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
* A Pastry Chef to take full responsibility of the Pomella pastry program. THIS CAN BE A FULL TIME JOB FOR A NEWCOMER TO THE PROFESSION, OR A PART TIME JOB FOR AN EXPERIENCED PASTRY CHEF. COMP WILL BE ADJUSTED ACCORDINGLY.
* 3 years of professional experience *minimum* (culinary school preferred)
* Expertise in laminating dough, making yeasted doughs, custards, cakes, icings, and cookies
* Ability to read and execute a recipe without supervision
* Confidence, curiosity & independence
* Fast learner and willingness to do your own research
* Passion & drive to succeed!
* Love of people, food, and pride in your work.
* The usual – ServSafe certificate, able to lift 50 pounds, able to stand on your feet for long periods of time, able to work in a fast paced environment, able to follow direction and deliver consistent results.
Hourly $26.00 - $30.00
